How to get Support:
1. Submit a ticket from the EHR: Click the Support Link in your EHR software to open a support ticket and obtain support. You will receive a confirmation email and your ticket will be forwarded to the support department. Support representatives respond to tickets in the order they are received.
2. Call the Support Line: Feel free to call our support line for assistance. Call 877-884-3367 and select [option 2] for technical support. The support department is open from 8:30 to 5:30 EST M-F (except holidays) to take your live support request. You may however, submit your ticket 24 hours a day.
3. Visit the EW University: The University is our learning center which is open 24 hours a day and filled with user guides and how-to videos to help you. Just click the University link in the top menu of your EHR and search for your issue topic and you may find that we have a document or video that answers your question faster than a phone call.
4. Use the contact form below: Submit a ticket directly from this page by filling out the contact form below. You will receive a confirmation email and your ticket will be forwarded to the support department.
