Appointment Reminders: Reduce your no-shows using our built-in reminder system that will send email or SMS messages to remind your patients of an appointment. We also feature a call reminder tracking system if you still prefer to call your patients by phone.
Reminders & To-Do List : Each staff member can manage to-do items and reminders to stay on top of tasks. Tasks can be assigned to other users or groups. Past due items are reflected on the dashboards to remind everyone of an unfinished task.
Action Center: The Action Center is the central management system for all patient requests and amendments. If a patient requests an appointment from the portal or the kiosk, the request will be sent to the action center where your staff can click and schedule the appointment with just a few clicks. Walk-in requests, standby requests, and patient record updates all show in the action center and are easily managed with little need to track down the patient.

The dashboards provide vital information to admin staff about the day’s appointment load, unfinished tasks, and unread messages. Clinicians are reminded of unfinished and unsigned notes. Secure Messaging: Stay in contact with your patients and your staff with our secure messaging system. Our unique system allows you to message staff and know when they read your message. Messages about a patient can optionally be linked to the patient’s chart for permanent record. Patients can also be securely messaged.
